Our company history
The business idea was born during a coffee break in a lecture of the Executive MBA in St.Gallen, when Matthias complained about the time-consuming processes for the entry of employees of third-party companies in his company in Egerkingen. Why do these employees have to repeatedly re-identify themselves and be re-instructed each time they enter the company premises? Together with Adrian and Claudio, the idea for the Equasio platform was developed from this question since spring 2019. After the first pilot with a staff leasing company and a construction company in November 2019, we founded Equasio GmbH. Just one year later – in December 2020 – the change of name to a public limited company took place.
