Tablet-optimised: everything where you need it

Whether on the construction site, in the factory or on the road: the interfaces in risk assessment, safety audit, projects, tests and channel feeds are now consistently optimised for tablets. This ensures:

• better readability
• clearer navigation
• faster work, even on the move

Safety audits: from recording to follow-up without friction

Safety audits are now much more practical – so you can not only document, but also take immediate action:

• One task per image: if required, each photo can be turned into a specific task – clearly assigned and easily traceable.
• Work offline, upload later: audits can be created and saved even without a stable connection. As soon as the network is available again, the upload is optimised.
• More images, clearer structure, comments on tasks (including task management): audits remain clear and understandable for everyone. In addition, the person recording the data receives push notifications on the status of the tasks (e.g. in progress/completed) – this makes follow-ups faster, without the need for follow-up phone calls.

Tests: secure completion instead of accidental errors

To ensure that nothing is accidentally sent too early or incompletely:

• Optional signature with confirmation before sending: If a signature is required in your process, it is confirmed again before submission – for greater reliability and fewer correction loops.

Communication: greater clarity within the team

When teams work remotely, every detail counts. That’s why we’ve made specific improvements to chat, feeds and profiles:

• Typing indicator in chat: You can see when someone is replying – fewer duplicate messages, fewer misunderstandings.
• More stable video playback: Media runs more reliably, even in longer threads.
• Multiple files at once: attachments can be shared more quickly and easily.
  Better display of posts with multiple images: content looks tidier and is easier to grasp.
• PDF preview: PDFs are displayed with a preview image – you know immediately what you are opening.
• Channel feeds: uploads & editor improved: video uploads are more stable and multiple images can be selected and uploaded together directly.
• New profile page: clearer separation of business and private: telephone numbers and addresses are clearly separated so that contacts can be matched more quickly and mix-ups avoided.
• Privacy controllable per user: Each person can individually determine which data is visible (e.g. hide private mobile number).

Settings: Easier control of language & notifications

So that everyone can quickly get to grips with their setup:
