Our company history

The idea was born during a break between lectures of the Executive MBA in St. Gallen – over a coffee and based on a very practical question:
Why are access processes for employees of third-party companies often so complex?
Why do these individuals have to identify themselves repeatedly and receive the same instructions every time, even though they regularly work on the same company premises?

These questions led to the idea of the Equasio platform in spring 2019. Following an initial pilot project with a staffing agency and a construction company in November 2019, Equasio GmbH was founded.
Just one year later, in December 2020, the company was converted into a public limited company.
